Stikadinho Brownie in a Jar

FOR THE BROWNIE:
150g butter
150g chocolate powder
40g cocoa powder
3 eggs
12 Stikadinho bars
FOR THE FILLING:
130g Neugebauer White chocolate
60g heavy cream
FOR ASSEMBLY:
½ Stikadinho bar
Preparation
BROWNIE:
In a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Meanwhile, melt the butter and mix it into the chocolate powder and cocoa until smooth.
Add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture and, with a whisk or a spatula, stir until creamy and lump-free.
Add the chopped Stikadinhos to the batter.
Pour into a medium pan (25cmx20cm) and bake in an oven preheated to 180ºC for 20 minutes.
When done, turn off the oven and leave it in for another 10 minutes.
Let cool and place in the freezer.
Once chilled (check the center of the brownie, it should not be soft), unmold onto a clean surface.
With a cutter, cut out circles matching the size of the container you will use to assemble the brownie.
FILLING:
Break or chop the Neugebauer chocolate bar into small pieces.
In a bowl, place the Neugebauer chocolate and the heavy cream of your choice.
Microwave it. Every 30 seconds, open the microwave and stir everything.
Stirring while the chocolate is warm helps the melting process along.
NOTE: If you notice there are still a few granules or small pieces of chocolate left, microwave for another 20 sec, or until melted. Remember that at each pause, the chocolate needs to be stirred.
Right after these steps, it is ready to be used in your recipe.
Let cool at room temperature or place in the freezer for a few minutes, until set.
Store in a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
ASSEMBLING THE DESSERT:
Place a brownie circle in the chosen jar.
Using the piping bag, add the filling.
Add another layer of brownie and finish with a dollop of the cream and half a Stikadinho.
