White and Semisweet Chocolate Petit Gateau

130g Neugebauer Semisweet chocolate
130g Neugebauer White chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
50g sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
Preparation
Break or chop the desired amount of Neugebauer chocolate and place it in a bowl or a heatproof dish.
In a saucepan, heat water without letting it boil. Place the container with the chocolate inside the pan with the heat already off, leave for 1 minute, then stir until completely melted and smooth.
Your chocolate is ready.
Beat the eggs and yolks with the sugar until very pale.
Add the melted Neugebauer Semisweet chocolate and the flour, mixing with a spatula.
Dust the molds with flour and add the batter - without filling the molds all the way.
Preheat the oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the cakes rise but still have a soft center, so that when you cut into them, that warm chocolate sauce flows out.
Melt the Neugebauer White chocolate and unmold the cakes while still hot, directly onto the plate.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and the Neugebauer White chocolate sauce while still hot.
